This website is operated by Lumen Dental Studio LLC, 48 Harbour Street, Suite 2 ("Lumen", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits the site or books an appointment through it.
2. No medical advice
Content on this site, including articles, prices and treatment descriptions, is for general information only. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for an examination by a licensed dentist.
If you have a dental emergency, call us or your local emergency number. Do not rely on the website or email for urgent care.
3. Online booking
• A booking request is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us by text or email.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and insurance details.
• We may reschedule if a dentist becomes unavailable, and will contact you as early as possible.
4. Cancellations & missed visits
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $50, which we may waive at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
5. Prices & payment
Prices on the site are "from" prices for typical cases. Your final cost is confirmed in a written estimate after examination. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a financing plan or insurance assignment has been agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
• Do not attempt to access other patients' information or disrupt the site.
• Do not submit false bookings or misleading information.
• Do not copy site content for commercial use without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Lumen name, logo, text, photography and design are owned by or licensed to Lumen and protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for clinical negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the practice operates.
